3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for all activities under your account

• Reverse engineer or decompile the App

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Gmail Integration

If you choose to connect Gmail:

• You explicitly consent to email scanning for school-related content
• You can revoke access at any time in Settings
• Email data is stored for maximum 30 days, then deleted

6. Intellectual Property

RoomForMe and all content, features, and functionality are owned by RoomForMe and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of data you enter into the App (schedule information, personal goals, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our services.

7. Fees and Payment

7.1 Free Tier

Basic features are available at no cost.

7.2 Premium Tier (Future)

Advanced features may require a paid subscription:

• Prices will be clearly displayed before purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated suggestions, email scanning results, or schedule optimizations are error-free. You are responsible for verifying important information.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or misuse the service

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy (within 30 days).

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
